14-Day Return Policy
At Plim Plim, we offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom or personalized items
- Personal care products (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges
The quickest way to get the product you want is to return the item you have and make a new purchase after the return is approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without the need for justification. As with all returns, the item must be in the original condition—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging—along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
